Apache to Tomcat connection

I am running BO 6.5 and just restored, and am unable to type in my //servername/wijsp and get to the login screen. looks like APache and tomcat is running but when type in wijsp get page saying unable to find page

Did you setup your configuration and update in the Configuration tool?
