Hi all,
I am facing a problem, I have scheduled some analytics on a file based event. The problem is that they are not being refreshed.
I have scheduled some reports on the same event and they are being refreshed.
When I go to the instance manager in CMC, the next run times for analytics are still the same as the time when I scheduled them.
One more thing I noticed is that the report instance had the type “web intelligence” and the analytics had the type “program object”.
Is something special needs to be done in order to make the program objects work? Can anyone guide me how can I check whats the problem?
