Hi there, Since so many people are having problems accessing support, I would suggest you try posting your questions in the SAP forums which can be found here: https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/forums There are a large number of BO Support employees who are quite active on the forums, so if you can’t get a hold of support through normal channels, you can try those forums to see if you can get help that way.
