I have about 20 numeric columns I need to put all one right next to each other. How can I do that instead of manually moving each column? Also, if I want to give just a little space between the columns, how can I do that for all 20?

I don’t think there is way to do this in Crystal. You have to put some effort and you may need to redo the whole report depending on your situation.

If you select all 20 fields and drag them into the report, it will put them next to each other, and I think it puts some space between them as well.

This is very simple… select all the columns which need to align and then right click or in format you have option of setting of spacing… horizental spacing make equal… or horizental spacing remove… if you remove the horizontal spacing then one will come after other… if you make horizental spacing equal it will take the same size of gap for all 20 records… I am little bit confuse about horizontal and vertical but you can try both…
If the above won’t work the try for selecting all columns and aligning tops middles centers in the format menu…
