alerts in crosstab

hi,
i have a deski report,in which i am dieplaying data in crosstab.now i have to highlight the cloum depending upon the condition.
for example if total <150 then green,between 151-250 then yellow etc…
now i tried crating alerts but it is highligting the whole column not specific to the conditoin applied.so i am not sure is it possible to create alerts in crosstab or not.so please guide me for the same.

Hi Roland,

Click on the body of the table. (ie, where the measures are displayed) and then click on Format >> Alerts. Here you can edit exiting alerts or create new ones. I am assuming you are able to open the report that I had attached, you can see the one that I have created there as an example.

Let me know if you run into issues.
Also, there should be some help in the standard help files on this.

thanks for the response.
but i am still not getting the alerts the way i want it.
my report displays

                 count

stage name
1
2
3

now i have to put condition for every stage
for example
stage name=1 and count <145 then red
stagename=2 and count <145 then red
so for each and every stage the condidtion is different.so how can you add sub alerter in deski report…
In Webi you can get option for adding a sub alerter but i don’t see it in deski so how to achevie the reuirement.
can anyone please help??
