Advice ZABO

I need an help from BOBJ gurus
Here is the brief idea what we are trying to do.

First is we are upgrading our Database from 9i to 10g.

First step what we are doing is we are moving all our reporting databases to 10g, second is we are creating a replication of Domains which are on 9i and still the replicated copy will be on 9i under new instance, So once the replication is done, we are updating the universe connections to point to 10g database with domains on 9i ( copied) ( so that we will not have any impact on the existing users)

So when we do the testing, we are good with the Full client users, no the thing where i am struck is, we are not understanding how can we test the ZABO user Reports. ( because the application server is on 9i)
Any kind of help will be really appreciated.

ZABO users do not actually run the queries from their machines. Their queries run through the BO server. You should not have to do anything. I would keep your server on the Oracle 9 client.

Sorry, it was my mistake, all i am trying is how can we test webi reports,
when we have only one infoview, and which is using the 9i and reports on 9i,
Now how can i test using this infoview against the 10g. :hb:

How about this. Create new connection to 10g and then create connection overloads in the universe which Webi reports are using. Now the tester who will login will use the 10g connection and everyone else 9i.
