Adobe 6 causing problems viewing PDF reports

We have reports that are generated in PDF. User can than click on a link & open the PDF’s. Very reliable. However, some of our users have been upgraded to Adobe 6. Now the users get a white screen instead of their report.

Anyone else having this problem? Any fix??

Did you ever find a solution? We have the same problem here. Adobe 6.0.0 works fine. 6.0.1 or 6.0.2 only open a blank screen. If you open Adobe through the file menu it opens and contains the report but this is a wasted step. I just upgraded to 7.0.1 and it works fine too. Problem here is our users do not have administrative rights to upload 7.0 and our desktop computing group is currently installing 6.0.2.

Just wondering if there was any solution. :confused:

Unfortunately, it is a known bug with Adobe 6. The only solution is to upgrade. We had to change our corporate image to use the newer version.

We never really logged it. Adobe 7.02 is now available on our corporate image so it isn’t a problem anymore.
