Admin user disabled

Hi,

I am working on BO 5.1.9
I am using supervisor user name and one of my teammate unknowingly entered the wrong password and locked the supervisor. Now i dont have any other user who is a supervisor. so iam not able to login into supervisor.

The worst part is i don’t know Repository is pointing to which database. So as i don’t know the database name i am not able to reset the password.

Can any body tell by using bomain.key will i be able to find to which database my repository is pointing to.

Please let me know if any other information required.

Hi,

The bomain.key file contains an encrypted data so it won’t tell you where the BO repository is hosted.

Is there any other BO administrator or perhaps a DBA that knows where the BO repository is located?
