admin rights

Hi friends,

now iam working on BOSDk.here i want import report from one env to another env with out admin rights.Actualy we can do this by using import wizard with admin rights.I don’t want to use import wizard,just i need it by using BOSDK to copy report from one env to another without any admin rights. is it possible to do it.

Please help me on this.
