Does anyone know how to adjust the URL which is imbedded in the automatically produced hyperlink with Scheduling?
I am on BI XIR3. My organization hosts clients data and maintains Business Objects.
When Business Objects was set up the Hyperlink created allows users from my organization to access the Report Instance without issue.
However, when the clients attempt to utilize the Hyperlink Internet Explorer returns an error screen stating the web page cannot be displayed.
I believe the issue is due to the different paths/URLs the clients use to access BO vs. my organization. The different URLs are due to the firewalls.
Does anyone know how to adjust the URL which is imbedded in the automatically produced hyperlink with Scheduling?
In a perfect world both users from my organization and the clients could use the Hyperlink. However, if only one is an option the client takes the precedence.
