Additional plugins required to view the analytics

Hi,

        Recently i have installed performance management in my lap top, every thing is working fine but when i try to view the analytics i am getting a message like "Additionla plugins are required to view the media" and when  i click the plugins it is not installing any plugins, so please help me in this issue.

If you are using Performance Management XI2, you need the SVG viewer installed.
