For the column on the extreme right, display table footers across from properties pane
For the drill part, you can build hierarchies in the universe and start drilling from upper level(Field1) to lower level(field4)

Yes i have hirarchies but wht i actually want "
Region --> Country --> State
on drill down or drill up …the gree highlighted row should show “Region”, “Country” or “State” as column name.

If you want all those three objects to be frozen while drilling, then create detail objects for all of them and display in the block.
When you start drilling up or down the level they will remain as is
.

But i m using cross tab and i want that these values change dynamically according to drill.
As it can be done easly in vertical tab but i am facing problem in cross tab.
Like if i drill down to region then display should be like that
In starting
Country
India
after drill
State
Rajasthan
