Add new user in CMC

I would like to add a new AD user in CMS. However, an error message “Creation of the user xxxx cannot complete because the user is not a member in any of the mapped groups”. The user is not the first user that add to the system.

Please help.

Connect to the CMC. Click on Authentication. Click on LDAP or Windows AD (whichever you are using). Look at the value listed for the “Mapped LDAP Member Groups” or “Mapped AD Member Groups” entry.

Is the user a member of that group?
