add "ALL" to Combo-box filter in Xcelsius Dashboar

I am working on Xcelsius Dashboard using Live office.

There are 6 Combo-box filters. PS ORG, Region, Country, Channel Group, Channel, Sub-channel. Based on this, a bar Chart is displayed

Example data for the Filters:
PS Org Region Country Channel-Group Account Channel Sub Channel

AMERICAS CENTRAL AMERICA Puerto Rico AfterMarket Wholesale Wholesale Distribution
AMERICAS NORTH AMERICA Canada OE Retail-Mass Mass Merchandiser
APAC CHINA China RETAIL Wholesale Wholesale Distribution
EMEA EASTERN EUROPE Bulgaria AfterMarket Wholesale Wholesale Distribution

The requirement is to add “ALL”, for every filter value, so that, if I want to see the data in the Bar chart for “ALL” (eg: “ALL” channel Groups)
I know, that this could be done using a universe Level filter using LOV. but, doing this it would impact the performance of the Dashboard.

So, could anyone help me in providing a solution at the Excel level, to add “ALL” to each filter value.
