Adaptive Job Server Issues

I have one crystal report that is on a schedule and it used to fail every now and then with the error message “Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.” NOW, it fails every day with the same error message, and one of my job servers on node 1 gets stuck in “Stopping” mode BUT, it is still able to process schedules? I cant seem to figure out whats happening, i have even looked at logs on the server in the event viewer and in the logging directory. Can someone please help? Thanks. :cuss:

Addressing the job server, why not stop and disable it and clone one of the other ones. An obvious thing to do is to recreate the schedule from scratch. Does the current schedule fail instantly or after a reasonable period of time?

Sorry, I should have listed these steps as well.

So we have two nodes. Node1.Jobser and Node2.Jobserver. This happened to Node1.Jobserver more than node2 job server. So what i did was, i disabled the node1 jobserver and created a brand new job server on node1. Same issue happened with the new job server and today it happened with node 2 job server as well.

One report that usually fails, fails are being run for half hour, its an outside schedule, we have a process that kicks off some reports and are available to view on a portal daily, its not a recurring schedule. Its just like running a report on a schedule with the option of “Now”.

Today after rebooting both windows servers, the job servers were fine. But i want to get to the root of the problem and not reboot windows servers everyday. You know?

Thank you for your help Nick.
