Adaptive Job Server - Create Alert 5 min after it hangs

Hello Gurus :smiley:

Please forgive, I know this question has been asked and buried somewhere.

When the adaptive job server hangs, Its health status in CMC and CMS does not change, so it looks like it is working fine but it is not.

I want to create an alert that notifies me by email when the server hangs. Is it possible to do it within BOE?

Within the predefined server metrics is there something that I can track and maybe use a watchlist to create an alert through monitoring?

I don’t know how to create a probe yet, but if I did and the server hangs would the probe fail or just sit there in pending mode?
