Since IE is no longer supported -our users had to switch to other browsers - and there -the AD Login is failing sometimes for a short while - no changes on BO Site … and then it is back to normal - with IE we never had this troubles - any hints what might cause this behavior ?
sometimes (several cases per month) we get a logon issue with AD SSO - the workaround is to delete the webbrowser’s cache/cookies, then is usually ok, sometimes the workaround is to use a nonSSO link and logon manually - no clues yet - perhaps something with load-balancer…
We have been using Business Objects with Chrome ever since it became available at our company (that means I can’t remember how long we’ve been using it ) without any single sign-on issues.
We’ve found a “feature” when using Chrome where if a user tries to login and enters the wrong password and tries again, it will continue to fail, even if the user enters their password correctly. They need to either refresh the page or close the browser and start over again before attempting to login again.
