Access to the Drill Filters

Hi EveryOne,

I am using BO XI 3.1 and SQL Server 2005.

I created a web i report in which i am using DrillFilters() on the report and when i generate this report its working fine for me and drill filters were showing up on the report.

If end user run the same report the drill filters were not showing up in the report.

I given access to all the report as view, view and schedule, and view on demand.

But still its not showing up in the report.

Can anyone help me out where in CMS to give complete view access to report and he can run the report as i do.

Hi dev,

Seen something similar to this and think we had to give access rights to the Universe and/or Universe connection which the report used.

Weird considering the report has already been run, but this allowed the users to access the drill filters.

Dev,

Check in the rights of Web Intelligence ? In the Access Level – Check for “Enable Drill Mode” right is Granted or Revoked. This is available under Application - WebIntelligence under the item Included Rights - Add/Remove Rights inn the Access Level.
