Ability to customize KPI's on dashboard

Hello to All,
Our client has a need where after logging in to BO, he wants to have the ability to customize KPI’s. Eg if there are 20 Key Performance indicators, he wants to be able to have checkboxes next to each of these. Then upon selection of checkboxes he should be able to look up dashboard and reporting data for those particular selected KPI’s.

Is something like this possible with Business Objects. We are looking into Dashboard Manager and also Xcelsius but dont know if this is possible. Can this be achieved by some java coding…
