'A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (65535)'

I’m running WebI 6.x on a system with the following environment

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP 1
Business Objects 6.5 SP2
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0

Whenever I try to run a fullclient(FC) report through Infoview, I see the following error
‘A system error occurred. (Error: INF 00130) (65535)’

I’ve checked the following -

1)Login user is a local administrator access on the system.
2)Login user has been given 6 privileges through the ‘Local Security Policy’. (Act as part of the operating system,Access this computer from the network, Logon as a batch job etc.)
3)Password for the Login User was changed some time back, but has been updated using the ‘Update Service Parameters’ option on the Configuration Tool.
4)‘BusinessObjects.document’ was updated by giving all privileges to the login user, and selecting ‘This User’, and adding the credentials of the Login User on the ‘Identity’ tab.
5)bomain.key has the same name in the ‘locdata’ folder in -> -> ->

Is there any other check that needs to be done?

Hi,

We had the same error some time ago, and in our case the problem was the config of two parameters in the administration console.
In “Session Stack” check the values for
Enable Interactive Processing
Enable Batch Processing
Both should be set to “On”. If you already have both values like that, then I’m afraid I can’t give you more clues.

hope it helps

Hi Thank you for the suggestion. But the parameters are already on.

Anybody else who can help me out.

We have done all the changes mentioned in the BOB with no success.

One question comes to my mind is, is it necessary to add BOadmin to Local Security Policies.

If yes how can we create it.(Pardon me if I am asking a simple question)

I am running out of time. Save me

Hurrah!!!

The problem has been solved.

I had to make change in WebI Cluster Services

Go to All Programs->Admins. Tools->Services->WebIntelligence Cluster

Highlight the WebI Cluster then click on Properties. Go to Log On Tab
and enable Local System account and check the underlying.

And it worked :o

Thanks BOB
