6.5 to XI 3.1 universe migration -external functions parsing

Hi,

We have migrated our universes from 6.5 to XI 3.1.
When I try to check the intigrity in XI 3.1 the external functions are not parsing. Says"Parse failed: Exception:DBD ODBC SQL server Driver[sql server statements could not be prepared.state:42000"
I have checked the .prm file and it has got the external functions.We use SQL server. The .prm files are sqlsrv.prm, sqlsrvn.prm.

I would appreciate if you could help to resolve this issue
