I found the Apache/Tomcat versions, if that helps at all:
Apache - 1.3.27
Tomcat - 4.1.29
I have tried stopping/starting servers in the order mentioned in this posting here (Cannot Login (HTTP Status 500) Tomcat/Apache) but to no avail.
I have opened a ticket, with BO, but am not too hopeful with their support.
