Did anyone experience same pains that I have with the new LCM?
I am scheduling a job to run and the destination is LCM biar but nothing happens? Tried different setting with no effect.
Windows 2008 SAP BI 4.0 SP2 patch 6.
Also, did anyone tried to set LCM command line options? Am I missing something or they ommited the Job name parameter.

In one of the posts I read that in 3.1 you could not schedule to the lcmbiar file and it had to be fixed in the later version (4.0). But I guess it is not. I’ll probably have to open the case with BO.
Regarding my question on the command line.
I figured this out. Use JOB_CUID to identify the job. Also do not use CMS port unless it is different then default and do not use spaces in the lcmbiar destination folder name. LCM documentation stinks.
To summarize the bunch of questions I posted on this forum and the discoveries that I made researching this topic here what one has to do to schedule LCM job to the specific folder creating LCMBIAR file: create Windows scheduled task that will execute lcm_cli.bat -lcmproperty
