hello, I wanted to know where in BOXI3.1 i can find all of the rights a particular user has within the System. I looked into the Security Query but am not able to generate that. Is it even possible to view all of the rights a user has within BOXI. Thanks.

Security settings are scattered all over the place in CMC. There is no single place where you can view all of them.
Back in XIR2, there was a separate app called Security Viewer to fill this void. I hope they will come up with another one for version 3. But I won’t hold my breath as their focus is now on version 4.

Which Service Pack or FP you are running. Security Query in 3.1 is working fine with SP2 installtion. It wont give you the specific right which you assigned to the group on folder but it will give you all the rights then you need to filter in excel sheet.
