What am I missing? I have 4 dashboards all at the same “level”. I pass a location via a flash variable and launch the next dashboard via a radio button.

Now I’m adding a 5th work area/dashboard and I can’t get the “child” dashboards to load from it. It’s 18 months since the first 4 went live and I can’t remember what I did. I launch dashboard, click another work area and nothing happens…

  1. I have a radio button that selects the work area
  2. I have a hidden url component for each radio button selection that triggers when the corresponding option is selected. The url loads a second dashboard and passes the location via a flash variable

I’m missing something obvious but can’t remember what it is! :crazy_face:

Interesting…

It’s to do with the visibility of the url component. If you hide it with dynamic visibility, it doesn’t fire, even if it’s triggering on an event and not on a manual click.

Once I made it visible and just hid it behind another component, it worked fine.

Another lesson learned.
