2 Cpu license

we have BO 2 cpu license and i wantto know if both cpu license is deployed on server or not.

the admin here told me that he deployed only 1 cpu on existing bo server as current Bo server is single core cpu.

is ther any way to find out and how can we make use of this 2 cpu license
