How to refresh all WebI and Xcelsius reports automatically

How to refresh all WebI and Xcelsius reports automatically (Fastly)
We have around 1000 reports and we are refreshing all reports manually every month. We get Database files very month and have to refresh all reports on this database(ETL Load). Then we copy all refreshed reports with data to Production env. and then all end usres are using those all reports.

User is happy for the development(reports) but the problem is once we receive database files we start refreshing all reports manually and it is talking 7 days/nights to refresh all reports.

There is no change from client side i.e. we will only receive database once per month.

Please suggest good automatic solution which will help to reduse manual work and refresh time can be reduced to 1 or 2 days.

Use Event based scheduling.

Also, if you reports take so long to refresh you should check your indexing implementation and maitenance strategy.

We are using BO XI 3.1 please send more details how we can schedule all reports from one public folder.
