I wish universe connections would be treated like resources and access could be granted on a per connection/user level - this would prevent Designer B from using universe connection A to create a universe for example.

Three more wishes:
A) Being able to repoint WebI v6.x documents to different universes easily
B) Being able to assign a z-value to any cell, table, or chart, which would determine the order any overlapping charts, tables etc. would display (in other words which table would be displayed in the foreground and which table would be in the background if two tables are overlapping each other).

Internally we are working on a process to have all scheduled reports cc’d to a dummy BO ID (has no database account) so if an ID is deleted and there is an important scheduled report that didn’t get migrated on the user side to another account we’ll be able to retrieve a copy.
Also, I’ve been kicking an idea around with some folks at BO about improving the BCA’s functionality so its more administrative. Like being able to limit jobs per ID, etc. see how that idea gets along.

List the available joins by tables involved (alphabetic sort), not in the seemingly random order in which they are displayed today.
Dialog should allow the SHIFT key to be used in order to select multiple joins at once (SHIFT = inclusive range, CTRL = additional selection, not necessary an inclusive range).
If anyone has further ideas, please add 'em here. Should I also go ahead and submit an enhancement request?

Actually, they’re not in random order. They are listed in the order created. But I agree with your suggestions here. An enhancement request would be awesome.

This may have been requested, but I would love to have the ability to tell BO to not repeat the where clause in the SQL statement if they create a report with objects that have the same conditions in their WHERE.

Oh yes, and the ability to specify an order for your @Prompts in the Universe without having to number them. I’ve got several reports that require 7+ user prompts to run based on the number of objects. If I pare down the number of objects in the report, the numbers skip. Looks very confusing to the user.

Here’s another pet peeve, this time in the Integrity Check dialog:
In the Integrity Check dialog, separate the Resolved Loops from the Unresolved Loops. That would give the user (me ) a visual indication of where to focus my energies (instead of using them to get irritated 
).

The same goes for the Loop Detection button. If a universe has hundreds or resolved loops, and 1 unresolved, I’d like to find the unresolved one quickly.

Have a window of “variable” which behaves as that of the “rotation”, which it would not be necessary to close all the time when you want to verify a formula hidden in a Table !

As Christmas is drawing nearer 
Being able to easily toggle on/off the message “no data to fetch in Full Client”, for example a new option under menu Extras|Options.
Adding the capability in Webi to create the parameters for the OpenDocument function via an easy to use graphical interface.
In Reporter: Being able to fill data with “missing” values, prime example: missing months in a financial report.
2-Phase calculation in the universe, in other words: being able to create a report variable but at the universe level, which will be calculated at the report level (necessary to be able to drill on ratios, etc.).
