0MATL* ODP not working

We are trying to use several 0MATL extractors in DataServices.

As per note 1558737, sevaral 0MATL extractors are supported. However, I cannot get them to work in DS 14.2.

I don’t see the fields showing up in DS. However, in RSA3, they are there.

What I tried so far (and didn’t work);

  • re-activating the extractor through RSA5
  • re-importing in DS

Anything else I can try in order to get this to work?

Strange thing is that the extractor shows correct amount of entries expected (236 in this case), but the actual fields are not coming through.

Anyone has any idea why this is happening?
