- rename files to ext = .biar
- copy to target windows cms server
- use ImportWizard to import auditing_db_oracle.biar file first  (it contains the activity.unv and Auditing Connection  connection)
- use Designer to import, then change activity.unv connection to Auditing Connection and fill out connection characteristics, validate connection works
- save, then export activity.unv to universe root folder of target server
- use ImportWizard to import auditing_rpt_en.biar file to target server (contains all folders, packages, objects = CrystalReports and WebI reports). Don't import the universe and connections from this biar file
- validate from CMC or InfoView that auditing reports work as expected.

- issues:
1. Using 'Auditing Connection' gave export error, had to delete then recreate that connection definition.
