I hope that I am in the good forum for this question. I work with BO XiR2 and I am wondering if it is possible to know which reports are actually refreshing?
Of course, a synthetic view would be preferred.

If you are interesting in which schedules are currently running, you can use the Instances Viewer here.
If you also want to know what’s being refreshed interactively, then there is no easy way. When I asked tech support this question, they advised me to turn on all tracing and review the log files.

The CMC also has Instance Manager, giving you an out of the box view of what schedules are running. Auditor allows you to see what was being refreshed up to a few minutes ago - the data isn’t real time but can be pretty close.
