XI3.1 - Change default Infoview to "Document List"

Is there a way to change the default InfoView sceen to the “Document List” screen for all users? In other words bypass the initial home screen (Navigate and Personalize). I would appreciate any information on this.

Changing an individual user’s InfoView preference under General->Folder to “Public Folders” would work for that particular user. There was a post on globally changing the user preference in XIR2 with Tomcat. Maybe you can modify that for XI3.1
