Offline mode does not mean “physically disconnected,” like it did in BO3.
Offline simply means that the SECURITY domain is offline, not the UNIVERSE
or DOCUMENT domains. So BO must still check the universe connection, even
in offline mode. That’s why you’re getting these error messages, I believe.
