Can we find this information from auditor : Which users have access to which universes?
i am using BO XIR2 sp2 .on IIS
Also can we find how many rows access he has to universe etc

it depends, with audit, you will have information about people who have successfully accessed univers in the past. But if you want information about people who can potentially access univers (regarding security permission) but which has not already done it, you will not have the information on this way.

i basically need to know who all have acccess to how many universe
i have done a migration we need to know this for testing purpose
because i want to prepare test cases for the migration

We ended up using Security Viewer 2.2. This is the closest you can come to.
Auditor logs in any ‘activity’ executed by a user/server. Rights on universes are not activities.
