How do I figure out which reports have been run within the past year (including scheduled reports)? We need this just the folders that exist in the public folders. We have thousands of reports so finding a way to download this into excel with a column for ‘last run time’ would be perfect!

You would also be able to get information on what was run in the past year from the Audit database providing you keep the records there for the past year. You would need to find a max of the StartDateTime to get the last time a report was run.
