what is universe data dictionary?? and where i can see this in BO Designer

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but if you go into Tools>Options, click on the Print/PDF tab, and check the things you want to see the details on. Then go to File>Print Preview and see if that is what you are looking for. Then you can print it or send it to a file. I think you can save it to PDF as well.

When you do a ‘Save As’ and change the format to PDF, it will create you what BO terms as a Data Dictionary, providing you a list of all the objects, their connections, formulas and all the other wonderful things that it has.
Failing that, you can also download a this tool to give you all the same information but in an Excel file.
