Webintelligence printing issues

Hi all,

I am facing printing problem. BO full client reports are printing fine in Full client on all printers, when we publish these reports to Repository and view them in Webintelligence and try to print, It always cuts last one or two lines and also the lines are not showing in the print out. I have tried various options but no luck. It displays the report correctly while viewing with all the pages.

We are using BO ver 5.1.2 and printing on HP printers (1100 / 4100).
We tried upgrading to higher version of BO, but still the same problem persists.

Any ideas / suggestions.?

Do you have a printer installed on the web intelligence server?

As with many problems like this, have you contacted support. There have been patches for alot of WebI printing things in the past. Perhaps something can help you.

Yes I have Post script HP printer installed on the server.
