Quick question: am setting up a test 2.51 server, and I can’t get this box to show the inbox documents - will show personal and corp docs (copied all of storage over from old box to new) - any ideas?

Doug,

Try the following:

Go to the BO Supervisor, select webIntelligence, right click and select properties, and enable the inbox option in document.

Hope it works.

Hi All,

We are going to upgrade the BO from version 5.0.1 to 5.1 and WebI from version 2.5.1 to 2.6. Do we need to uninstall all prior installed products first?

On Webi Server, uninstall the previous version and reboot the server and then
do the install… Its almost painless as all the folders are kept intact for you.
