Webi schedule - if no data returned, do not run the report

Hi, i have schedule few webi report. Is there a way BO can detect if a scheduled report is returned no data, then it will not run?

Example: A report is being scheduled daily to run at 8am. When time is reach to run, and detect the report is empty, i want it to be stop running.
