Webi Reports taking long time to refresh

Hi All,

When I refresh some of the reports(say 80%) it is taking very long time to refresh.

Some time I have to signout and close the session and I have to open new session.

Is there a way to solve this problem

Actually we are using BOXI R2 ServicePack1, which is compatable with JDK 1.4.2_xx, but clients are using JDK 1.6.0_xx.But my actual server is having JDK 1.4.2_xx which is compatable with BO.

When I google I found something… in one of the BO blogs it is mentioned that if clients are using latest versions of Java which is not compatable with BO …when user refreshes reports theis session just hangs.

My question is does all the users must have the JDK that is compatable with BO. If yes…why is it so?
