Is there a way to automatically refresh the Corporate Document list when the user logs into Webi 2?

Is there a way to prevent users from refreshing Corporate Documents, but allow them to refresh In Box Documents?

If you remove the option of refreshing from the users, they will not be able to refresh anything. The only workaround I can think of, is to schedule the reports in BCA, and sent it to users on daily basis or as often as you need it refreshed. When they open the report it is refreshed by BCA and they will not be able refresh anything else…

If the user is viewing a full client report from Webi, you can uncheck the refreshable check box when the report is open in the Full Client and the user will not be able to refresh it from Webi, even if they have permission to refresh documents in Supervisor. I am not at my PC right now so I am unable to provide the exact steps required to uncheck the refreshable box.
