Webi Processing Servers Needed

Hi,

We are looking for best configuration to handle 3000 Schedules at same time.
Already provided AJS with 12g -Xmx Size and deployed 3 Webi Processing server on each node.

APS_DSLBridge services are running with 8g memory.

But still sometimes, schedules got failed with different error messages which indicates that resource not available.

How can we get best configuration to handle this load.

BO 4.2 SP06
2 CMS Cluster (32 GB RAM Machines)
CMS DB - MySQL
Windows Server 2016

I’ve noted down the error messages when it last happened:-

Object failed to run due to an error while processing on the Job Server.
An internal error occurred while calling ‘getPromptList’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
An internal error occurred while calling ‘answerPromptsEx’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
An internal error occurred while calling ‘getPromptList’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
An internal error occurred while calling ‘getDocumentInfos’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
An internal error occurred while calling ‘openDocument’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)
An internal error occurred while calling ‘processDPCommandsEx’ API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270

Those are WebI errors, not job processing errors. It could be a corruption in the report.

Reports are running fine with out any issue.
Even If I will run those schedules one by one it will work properly.

Issue is : Once we run schedule at same time.

We got fix for this.
We created one Webi One Node funda and added two more node having only AJS and Webi Processing server.

Now we have 4 AJS and 4 Webi Servers running on 64 GB RAM machine and 16 CPU.

more than 1000+ Schedules run without any issue.
