Hi All,
We are on BO 4.1 SP12 with 4 CMS and 2 Tomcat in cluster.
This is new deployment and we used “copy data source” to get our reports, universe from previous environment.
After setting load balancer over 2 Tomcat, we are unable to run WebI Reports because it runs forever while at same time, Individual tomcat URL runs report in expected time.
Tomcat clustering done in server.xml.

What was the previous version etc. a little more info may be needed in order to get the answers for you.
And why CMS etc.

Previous version is also on BI 4.1 SP12.
Reports works fine if I use individual tomcats. Only issue is with load balancer.
My tomcat URL is http://xxxxx:8080/BOE/BI and Load balancer URL is https://xxx.yyyy.com.
Load balancer has been set on AWS side.
