Want to display seperately for each user..

Hi Everyone,
Here we are working with a case in which we have requirement that
we have list of values(1,2,3,4,.,.,.,all,detail).

Here when we select different user codes for example:“1” then it should show for that user and when
we use “all” it should show for each user with for “all” users clubed.

Now when user selects “detail” then it should be displayed seperately for
each user code in the master section and it’s coressponding detail table
seperately

Note:it’s urgent any feedback will be welcomed and appriciated,we
basically want to know for detail option,other things are working.

Its doable. Provide more information abou the data and the formatting your report needs.

To start with, when a user is selected (in prompt), the report is going to bring only data for that particular user. So, when all users are selected, data for all the users are displayed.

If you wan to know how to introduce all in the list of values, it is very well explained here.

Regarding your “detail” requirement, perhaps you could get clever with hiding tables and having a report-level variable that detects whether the user has selected “detail”.
