Want all users in the system

Hi All,

I want the list of all users in the system and want that exported to excel.

I am on BO XI 3.1. I tried a security query but that picks up the security information and gets cut off when exported to excel ( since there are over 3500 users).

I also tried a relationship query to find relationship between everyone group and all users but there is no export to excel functionality.

How do I get the list from CMC?

As an Alternative, I found a macro download from BOB downloads that logs into CMS and fetches the users into excel sheet but that is for XI R2.

Does anyone have the list of all users for BO XI 3.1?

anushajq, did you ever get this resolved. I to am working in a 3.x environment and would like to have this.
The thing is I thought I did find an Excel download to deliver the users\group list but system went down and I forgot how I got there

BOXI UserList & Group Extraction

Here is a little excel file with a bit of VBA code to extract from a CMS the complete list of user and the list of groups each user is member of. Quite useful when you need to check group membership… It’s now possible to edit the CMS data, simply by modify entries in the Excel File. You need then to export your modification back to the CMS.
