Viewing Desktop Intelligence Reports in PDF in Infoview

Hi All,

I have a quick question. Recently we migrated from BO 6.5 to XIR2. We have around 40 User Groups and 1000+ users from all over the state. They want to view the Dektop Intelligence reports from InfoView in PDF format only. Is there any way, we can set it on Server so that all these users can view Desktop Intelligence Reports in PDF format directly in InfoView instead of telling them to change by themselves.

Any inputs will be helpful.

I tried to do the same for users at my client place without any success. Default view had to be set as PDF for individual users.
