Hi All,
I just noticed that once the product announced at its “end-of-life” stage, Worldwide Customer Support will provide maintenance support for a period of 6 months from the stated effective end-of-life date. After this period, an additional 12 months of assistance support will be provided.
Did anyone recevied any announcement on version 5.x? If not, any ideas on when the clock will be starting?
