V5 and V6 Compatability

Hi didnt know where to post this but here goes.

  1. Can I use V6 Designer with a V5 repository or do I need to upgrade
    the repository to V6 ?

  2. If I can use V6 Designer on a V5 repository, can a user with V5 and V6 Reporter build reports ?

  3. If we have to upgrade to a V6 repository, can V5 report users access it ?

PS BEFORE anyone says ‘search’ I did, it didnt return anything even on words like ‘report’, may be something wrong with search function.

There’s nothing wrong with the search. It’s just that not all possible words are indexed.

Take a look at this topic from the “About BOB” forum: Words that I know are there can’t be found when I Search. “Report” is one of the words on the stop words list – meaning it’s intentionally not indexed, and is dropped from the search terms.
