v4 mointoring schedules when no access to Instance Manager

Hello,

I have a situation were all my BO content report, users and schedules are being moved onto the companies central BO platform, as a result of this move I lose ALL access to the CMC and therefore the Instance Manager, this causes me an issue as I have a large volume of scheduled reports / publications and I want to be able to mointor them / see them in one place, at the moment with only access to BI launch pad I would have to check each report manually.

Without CMC / Instance Manager access is there anyway I can easily pull out from BO v4 real time information on my report schedules with a specific set of folders ?

Could you possibly do via Auditing or Query Builder? Not ideal I know.

Top of the day to ya Irish Stan :lol: thanks for the info, I was thinking the same.

Also I wondered is it possible for access to the CMC to be restricted so you can only see the Instance Manager and within the instance manager view only certain folders, I’m pretty sure you can’t do this but thought I would ask ?
