Using all Cascading Prompt Values in Where clause for 6.5

I was wondering if there is anyway in Business Objects 6.5 to build the cascading prompts , so that all cascading levels of the prompt are used in the query’s WHERE clause.

Currently only the final prompt value (lowest prompt in the chain) is being used in the where clause of the generated SQL. Is there a way to include all the prompt values in the generated where clause?

Currently, the only workaround to this is to have multiple prompts in which the user would need to enter the same data twice for different prompts. I know that our users would find this very difficult and not user friendly. I know that this issue is fixed in XI, however it will be a while until we move to that release. Does anyone know of a solution?

Welcome to B:bob:B!

The only method available in 6.5 is this solution found in the Designer FAQ.
